63% Adding staff in revenue-generating areas of the bank
45% Adding new products within existing business areas
37% Shift in marketing and advertising strategies
34% De novo expansion of offices or branches in new markets (or branch expansion into new markets/opening new branches in new markets if we need to cut for spacing)
31% New customer referral initiatives
